All of these principles are very important in teaching. I have had teachers who arranged the classroom in multiple layouts and its important to think about these considerations when working in a classroom. The focus on being on time and showing enthusiasm for teaching is important. Its easy to think things like establishing rapport comes naturally but it doesn't. It is something that must be built over time and with positive teacher/student interaction.
