This lesson focuses on techniques to help a teacher manage a class. Several great recommendations were presented: in particular to how to present oneself by the good use of eye contact, gesture and voice; different ways to groups students in the class; how to allow student to most effectively interact with each other; and what to do if you ever have to discipline a student for unacceptable behavior.
