Teach English in Mazhan Zhen - Linyi Shi

I am an English major and with 6 years of overseas trading and 2 years of English teaching experience. Though my English teaching Experience is not quite long. I still wanted to share something with you below: First of all , be well prepared and be Punctual Preparing lessons is the foundation of a good lesson. For a teacher who has not been able to teach for a long time, it is necessary to study continuously. Not only to learn the content of teaching, but also in teaching theory and teaching ability, and constantly improve themselves. In the preparation of lessons, in strict accordance with the school formulated by the teacher's teaching routine pointed out that the method, combined with the actual situation of students, prepare materials, prepare teaching methods. At the same time, we should draw lessons from others and actively absorb other people's experience. Lesson preparation not only pays attention to the implementation of knowledge, but also tries to cultivate the students' interest. Prepare as fully as possible before class, get ready and go. In class, we should pay attention to inspiring the students' thinking and let them do more brains and hands. Improving the art of classroom teaching and improving teaching effect. It is important to learn more about the rules of coping in specific teaching situations and to continue to improve in practice. Second, keep the class atmosphere in a good condition Students varies from person to person , some are quite active and eager to learn ,others are quite shy and reluctant to learn or to ask teacher questions.so I pay attention to the personality an performance of each students. To try to get all of them involved in the class , thinking and studying,and get them to discussing and answering questions one by one at random.by this , students have their trust on me ,and we could have a better interaction . And In this way, once students have difficulty in learning, they tend to know the initiative to ask me . some of the students are poor in foundation, the exam results are very bad, and some students often fail. I am looking for students to understand the reason, some are not interested, I will talk about the importance of learning English with them, tell them some interesting stories ,my own working experiences,and beautiful western countries and my travel experirnece to enhance their interest. Third, be patient ,energetic and find effective ways to cater the needs of each students It is truly important for the teachers to be quite patient and energetic while teaching . it can encourage students confidence and interest to learn . Also , it is most important to cater the needs ,the good ways to teach each students. As one teaching method doesn’t fit all . I always choose to tell some of the interesting things or my personal experience in English with the students before the class. To arouse students concentration and interest. And focuse on each students while teaching ,everyone has the chance to speak ,and encourage them to speak . The fourth,Always be eager to learn and be humble to share the methods of teaching with other teachers I always Pay attention to the teaching experience of other teachers in the teaching And learn the good things from them .As nobody is perfect , everyone has his strength and weakness. I am trying to learn more to improve my teaching skills .And find the ways to find out more suitable ways for each students while teaching. To summarize , based on my current teaching experience ,There are still enough to do to improve to achieve . But I will do my ultmost to improve myself , to broaden my horizon and broaden the students horizon as well .And try to become a good Enghish teacher . Thank you !
