I learned the qualities, roles and responsibilities of both teachers and students in the classroom. We should be mindful and careful when it comes to correcting students without offending them or affecting their motivation. We should know their weaknesses'.It's important to build their confidence so, we can help them and encourage them to study and learn more. We should care about teaching them but cares even more about the learning of the students. Assure them that they shouldn't worry if sometimes they feel that learning English is difficult, that is just fine because teachers will always be there to help them to make the difficult things easy for them to understand and learn. The roles of a teacher is very important we should be fair and consistent with all the students as well as being very sensitive to the students' reactions and providing necessary support. We should help them but we have to resist the temptation to spood-feed so they can improve their English skills. I also learned the language level of the students so, we can identify on how to handle and teach them very well.
