What I learnt from this unit is that teachers will have to embrace diffrent roles within the classroom, and that these roles will majoritarily be embraced by the teacher because they need to keep their students motivation high. There are some things determining student motivation such as culture and age, and therefore a teacher will continuously need to take this into account if wanting to achieve his goals of teaching his students well and keeping a good dynamic within the classroom.
