This unit represents the qualities, responsibilities for both students and teachers. I have learned types of roles that teachers can take during their lesson: manager, assessor, prompter, model, facilitator, participant, tutor. There are different factors, such as age, language levels ( beginner, elementary, pre- intermediate, intermediate, upper intermediate and advanced), culture, student's first language, motivation for learning that we should consider when look at the learners.
