In this unit i was able to learn how important the role of the teacher in the class is.I believe it is very important of understanding to those kids, who are not able to absorb the informations which are given and with kindness to approach and try to help them. The teacher can have many roles in the classroom according to the ways he/she wants to deliver the knowledge.Either having more presence in the class or just by looking from a distance and afterwords correct the students without offending them. Also i have learned that there are many reasons that can make a student a good learner such as the willingness to learn and the acceptance to be corrected. Furthermore there are many differences between adults and young learners that have to be noticed for the way that the teacher should approach the students.Such as age, motivation, culture and behaviour problems.For example the reasons that motivates someone to learn a language should be considered for the teacher's teaching plan. Finally it is important to know the language level of the students in order to help them improve their knowledge.
