This unit gives an insightful view into the issues that encounter the teachers and learners within the classroom ; by highlighting the qualities an effective teacher should have and the roles he can play according to the lesson plan. Likewise, a good learner should possess a number of characteristics which will facilitate the learning and give the teacher the chance of creating an adequate environment for a successful class. what I have learnt from this unit is : in order to create a positive and productive learning atmosphere, the teacher should know how to engage and support his students. As a result of a kind,patient and competent teacher, he would have motivated students who are willing to listen,learn and experiment with the language.
