Knowing the different roles that a teacher might have in class is important for a successful teaching activity or experience. I consider that we have to think about every situation we might encounter in class ,in this way, we can be able to apply the best roles to enhance our students language learning. I think that motivation is a really important aspect to take into consideration since the lack of it will impact negatively the students performance since the begining to the end of the teaching process. Our job as a teacher is to motivate students to love the language, not being afraid of making mistakes and being able to explore their own strengths and weakness, that is why teachers have to find the proper way to approach learning and confidence to the students.
