In this unit, I know the qualities, roles and reponsibilities of both teachers and students in the classroom. A good teacher cares more about the learners than his/her teaching. Some roles of a teachers are: manager, organizer, assessor, prompter, participant, tutor, resource, model and monitor. A successful students will have these characters: willing to listen to the language, desire to experiment with the language, always ask questions, accept error correction, and desire to learn. A good teacher will most likely have good students.
