In this unit i have learnt about qualities a good teacher and a good learner might have. This is useful to look out for good behaviour miyself, and to encourage productive behaviour from the learners. The pupils have diverse profiles. Their previous live, their learning experience, motivation, heritage and many other factors are to be considered in how to intereact with them, to keep up a productive learning and teaching environment. Direct advise has been given on tasks of different roles a teacher might represent during parts of a lesson. In conclusion i have learnt that successful teaching has many factors to be considered. But in general, the focus should always lie in benefiting the learning success of the pupils, because apart from selfish reasons, that would be the only cause why i am, in fact, there to teach them.
