In this unit I learned about qualities, that makes a good teacher and a student. I find out what roles teacher has in class and, most importantly, that teacher needs to have wisdom when to employ each one of them and in what measures, because if teacher overuses one role, for example a role of a manager, students will lost motivation and concentration. Also I learned about differences of teaching approach with adults and young students.
