This course went over what it meant to be a good teacher, as well as a good learner. The unit listed and presented descriptions of different roles of the teacher within a class setting, such as being an observer/monitor where the teacher must take themselves out of the activity and watch as the students learn on their own. This unit put into words what I have seen over my years of being a student! This unit was able to put into words the defining qualities of both teacher and student that leads to success in a healthy educating relationship. I also was able to glean how much work and thought is required to be an excellent teacher, and having to master and use all of the teacher's roles efficiently.
