In this unit, I have learned how to be a good teacher. And teacher has many roles in teching process, like model, monitor, controller and so on. At the same time, it also has some explanations of learner in this unit. I learned a lot from this part. Based on different types of students, teachers can change their roles in teaching process. And teachers also can motivate students on the basis of students’ different motivation or learning targets. These two parts I have mentioned above are useful to me.
