I feel that I have learnt the basic information about what TEFL, TESOL and many other abbreviations are. Somehow I have finally understood that some of the terms like "TEFL" and "TESL" can be interchangebly replaced by "TESOL". I have understood the role of a teacher and a student during the class. For example, a teacher shall combine for at least 5 roles during his or her classes, like prompter, assessor or manager. I have realised how to determine a level of an English learner, for example, elementary level English learner can talk about some very simple topics using simple grammar and simple vocabulary. I have understood who good learner is and who good teacher is.
