This unit reflects the relationship of a teacher and a learner . The qualities a teacher should have towards his/her students and the qualities a learner should poses in a classroom. I have learned the primary roles of a teacher which are to motivate, being a manager, organizer, facilitator and a tutor towards their students ,to be kind with them and understand their ability to learn. A teacher place the key role towards shaping a students understanding for any particular subject. I have also learnt about the various language levels and how they are applicable to different age groups.
