This unit gave me useful information of how to become an effective teacher.An effective teacher knows when to be a model, facilitator, prompter and a manager depending on the call of the situation. During the learning process, it is more important to focus on what is the effective learning process for the students, not on the teacher`s teaching or not on the process where the teacher may appear to be a good teacher.
