I understand more on this unit how important for the teachers to know his/her specific roles in order to address and present himself/herself accordingly. Communication is a two-way process, I learned that I also need to be more familiar with all kinds or level of students I am encountering so that I would be able to provide them a good learning foundation. Teachers should also be culturally involved when it comes to dealing with his/her students because this will allow them to be connected and learning process will be more encouraging and healthy.
