In learning the English language, the student, the teacher and the levels are all interconnected. The possibility of a succesful learning will increase if a teacher learns and understands the roles he/she will play in different kinds of class setting. Learning her roles and when to apply it is a skill a good teacher must possess. Another factor of a succesful learning is to know what kind of learner you are going to have classes with.
