What I have learned from this unit are the qualities, roles and responsibilities of teachers as an ESL teacher. There are some things that you have to posses. First, the teacher must know how to establish a good rapport. It is also necessary to be kind and patient to all the students. Second, the teacher must know how to gauge the students' level. Lastly, making sure that students will be motivated during the lesson by making them more engaged through different types of activities.
