from this unit I learned what makes a good teacher and what makes a good learner. And how to balance the relationship when teaching . a good teacher should be concerned about his or her teaching ,and more concerned about students learning. different level of English learners involve different teaching method.and different activities.but the most important thing is to try to encourage students and get all the students involved equally through out the lesson. different levels students has different kind of shortages , teachers should observe the difference and try to help them out .
