In this unit, I learnt what a good teacher is and some teaching skills. First,I am lack of affecting the student's motivation and let the students speak more and ask more in my class,after this class,I know how to let the student take part in my class more. Second, I know how to teach different level's student effectively and how to motivate them. Third,I need to know more about student's background, such as their country's culture and learning habit. Finnaly, I should practice all of the skills above into my daily teaching.
