This unit is in my opinion an introduction between the relationship of a teacher and his/her students. It shows the must have to bring into the classroom as a teacher and as a student, i.e. a unmotivated, unprepared teacher is most likely not abel to reach the full learning potential of his/her students and will not encourage them to be interactive involved and be curious about the subject. Therefore it will be hard to see progress and fun in his/her students. I also think that one of the more underlined information in this chapter is the ability to be respectful, fair and present to all of your students, to not let anyone behind, being a good role model, to create and atmosphere were questions of all kind are welcome and not as seen as disturbing or not appreciated. I am more aware about that I would have different roles as a teacher, i.e. as a Manager or Assessor I do have to look into different aspects of teaching and be definitely prepared before the class starts and have an exciting hour with my students ahead.
