As stated in the course, grammar can be a struggle for both students and teachers. As native speakers, we have an innate sense of what 'sounds right' that helps us when we speak and write, whereas students do not. I believe it is important to approach grammar as if it was new to us, and try to break it down to simple rules, without getting hung up on every exception or even grammatical terms. Practice and exposure to English is the best way to communicate grammatical rules effectively.
