As it has been some time since I have practiced the structure of the English sentence I found this unit to be extremely helpful in the breakdown of placement and characteristics of words. The approach to the layout of the unit of focusing on each topic; i.e.: Noun, Verb, Adjective ... and then dissecting them further into specific types and the features or qualities that effect the word in a sentence or spoken was well designed. I also found the use of offering example sentences to be most helpful as I feel it helps to be able to see the word placed in a proper context. This unit also helped to clarify the lesser expressed parts of a sentence. While it is generally simple to identify the noun (subject) and verb (action) but to identify and place the articles, prepositions and conjunctions can be tricky. This unit was quite helpful in explaining some of the basic rules and clues as to how to form a proper sentence; i.e.: Adjectives - size, age, color, Articles - do not use "the" before, Prepositions show relationship while Conjunctions join the sentence.
