I have learned a lot of grammatical terminology in this unit. But as native English speakers, you don't need to further explain why "bread" and "rice" are uncountable nouns while "noodles" is countable. When I teach my students the categories of nouns, I really have no better choice but to ask them to recite what the words are. So I'm really not sure if this unit is useful or not....I want more!
