I found this unit to be a great help to re-new my memory with what nouns, verbs, adjectives etc. are and how to use them ( like it says at the start, I can use them in my everyday speech and writing) but when it comes down to breaking sentences up and naming what each word actually does and what it is - adverb, pro noun etc it's really quite difficult, I will definitely be spending time outside this tefl course to get better at the stuff covered in this unit. I think having better tables of examples and a list of all of them and what they actually mean (noun- naming word.. verb doing word.. etc) together on one or two pages would be a great help as I had to go on google afterwards to find a list like this to better memorize and familiarize myself with the content in the unit.
