I found it useful to hear that TTT should be at a minimum, I wouldn't have thought that. The information about putting the student's name at the end of the question rather than the start was useful in terms of keeping the full class' attention. Rather than asking students do they understand, its better to ask them to explain back to you what needs to be done.
