Studying the past simple tense of their own work through analysis Activating again to write a short story about a subject seen in picture form The group can then study together by sharing their story with other groups to check for errors in past tense. Finishing off by having a game where the students chain together a story by adding to the previous students story. Teaching language functions Engage by having a disscussion with the students and sharing opinions on a subject. Activate students can mingle with their classmates and invite/suggest for agreement on opinion.
