This lesson taught me how to prepare to teach vocabulary in an efficient and effective fashion. I learned how different lesson structures like boomerang can be effective in some instances and others like patchwork might work better in others. I learned what to emphasize when teaching english vocabulary like the meaning of the word, its usage and its pronunciation and also about the difficulties in learning particular words as opposed to others.
