Unit 7 covered teaching new vocabulary, grammatical structures and language functions. There were also great tips and strategies on how to organize lessons for teaching new language. For example, when teaching new grammatical structures it is important that the student knows what the language means, how it is used, what the grammatical form is and how it is written/said. This unit also covered the various activities that we can do during our engage, study and activate stage of the lesson. I feel that I have gained a better understanding of how to organize a language lesson and which activities I can use while teaching new language.
