It would appear present tense is really quite 'involved'. As a native speaker of English, we tend to speak incorrectly quite frequently. I do try to model English properly for my ESL students. I sometimes have difficulty in trying to demonstrate/explain the grammar points. After reading this unit, the 'mystery' on how to demonstrate and explain the grammar point has been removed. I feel more confident in speaking with the home room teachers, and expounding upon the 'why's' of the present tense grammar points.
