This section is broken down into 4 tenses. The present simple discusses habits, routines and facts. The Present continuous describes actions at or around the time of speaking. The present perfect tense relates the past to the present and finally the present perfect continuous is the usage of unfinished past activity. This sections was challenging as we use these tenses so freely and without thought, however, I think breaking down examples of each tense was extremely helpful for understanding the unit.
