This fourth Unit concerning the present tenses is very well explained, easy to understand and helps define clearly all the different tenses with good examples for the affirmative, negative and question form. I found the "typical mistakes/ errors" paragraph to be very helpful, and when trying to plan a lesson, we can anticipate student's questions and help them understand better and quicker the grammas rules.
