Moreover, teaching one to one can enhance more sessions because of focusing on specific objectives of student such as taking a certificate within a limited time. Besides these features, class rules are also simpler. The relationship between teacher and student will be closer because of the direct, continuous connection, more like mentoring. The pressure in the one to one class is different in teacher and in student. Student makes him/her more comfortable without the afraid of judging from other friends. It is saving time as well. For example, instead of taking a lot of time for traditional courses, tutoring can shorten the time and student can do other things. It is such an effective way to save time for busy people who are unable to arrange traditional classes in traditional time frames due to the nature of the their current work. Another reason is that it would help learner have more motivation and responsibility for learning. For instance, they include clear identification, money investment. Teaching one to one assured more solid output based on student’s goals and plans to achieve both goals and commitment. Last but not least is finding out the biggest gap of student. While studying with one teacher, student will show the most clearly about himself/herself. Thereby teacher can fully find out the limitations of students and focus on improving. With the above benefits, the tutoring also has some limitations. First is less interactive environment than the group: students will interact with the material and interact directly with the teacher. Communicating with different friends allows student to gain experience with different levels. However, study and interact with very qualified people (teachers), students will be trained with the most difficulty.
