The system and structure of past tenses is not too different from present tenses except for the fact that, past tenses obviously relate to past time periods.The following tenses were looked into. The past simple, past present, past perfect and the past perfect continuous tense were all looked into including their forms , usages and common mistakes and errors with proper corrections as well.
