After reading this unit, I found that the system and structure of past tense is similar to the present tenses of unit 4. This unit covers past simple, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous. It mainly explains its usage and form emerging. Especially, pay attention to some of the rules. Many Chinese students found the Tense part is something difficult to understand, but I really think this course had made it very clear.
