I have learnt from this unit that the teacher needs to consider a few factors when selecting new vocabulary to teach. There are priorities to focus on when introducing new vocabulary items, grammatical structures and language functions. While learning grammar may sometimes be seen as dry and mundane by some students, the ESA method when used effectively can liven up this learning experience.
