In this unit we could observe the similarities between present tenses and past tenses. It seems obvious that present simple and present continues are most used particularly for elementary students. Past perfect is an important tense for story telling. I like the idea for teaching past perfect let the student draw several drawings on the board or on the paper as a story line and let him construct his story using all past tenses.
