This unit breaks down the basics of English grammar. It covers nouns (countable, uncountable, pro-, gerunds, plural proper, compound etc.), verbs (infinitives, transitive, intransitive, verb forms), adjectives(comparative and superlative comparative), articles (definite, indefinite), adverbs (time, manner etc.) and prepositions/conjunctions. Reading this section made me reflect on the difficulties of learning English, as when just thinking about the abstract concepts in English I found myself having to think carefully about the mechanics of a sentence. It also made me reflect on my own experience learning foreign languages, and how someone learning English might perceive the subject just as complex as I perceive another language's grammar.
