It was great to have a refresher for the unit. I have not studied nouns, adverbs, adjectives, or anything of the sort since I was in middle school. I honestly had even forgotten what a Gerund even was. I have to say that I had been confusing many of these words because I had gotten so used to using the English language that I had simply forgotten what words were classified as. I of course knew about things as simple as proper nouns, verbs, and adjectives; however delving back into adverbs, prepositions, countable nouns and others that are more in depth was a great refresher. I think I will definitely be referring back to this unit to make sure I have really grasped all that it goes over as it covers quite a lot.
