This unit was very informative, even though it reviewed basic parts of speech. Something I learned that I was not familiar with before was what a gerund was. I learned that it is the -ing form of a verb used as a noun. Secondly, I have always stumbled with adverbs and I feel that I have a better understanding of them now.
