There is a famous saying in the real estate business that says "location, location, location". The same philosophy can be used regarding this section, "communication, communication, communication". Communication will be paramount in effectively applying ESA to students of all cultures. Since this course is based around this method it is absolutely essential for a new teacher to understand. I really enjoyed learning the countless exercises that can be used for the development of a new teacher's methods. For example, I have ambitions to someday teach in Barcelona, and I can already imagine an Activate phase where the topic of debate would be "Why is Barcelona better than Real Madrid?". It is these techniques that will help me as a teacher relate to my students and also help build a strong foundation.
