This unit seemed necessary, however a felt there was no strong advice I could incorporate practically, with one exception which was: Use a student's name after your question, so every student will listen in case they are called out. That was something practical I can use. One of my problems is with the first questions of this test however. I've thoroughly read the material, and can't find any commentary on pointing at students. I'm assuming that's the correct answer, but it wasn't really taught to me.
