Managing classes Unit is about the aspects we need to consider to develop the skill of organizing the class. How to work with individual students within the class and what takes place within it. To begin with, it shows the keys and importance of my physical control and usage. It explains how to work with our eyes, gestures, and voice. Secondly, how can we group students and what are the advantages and disadvantages of setting them as a whole class, as individuals or pairs. Next, the importance of using names, why we must learn them and all the positive and negative consequences of knowing them or not. After this, classroom arrangement takes a vital role to achieve the goal of being effective. In this part, we should succeed at setting a good atmosphere, control the classroom, allow and promote students talk time and complete our planned activities by the usage of this arrangement.
