This unit is all about managing the classes that discuss eye contact, gesture, and voice of the teacher on how it affects and give an impression to the student throughout the class. It also discusses what are the benefits of the student in grouping students and this unit mentioned also the classroom arrangement the pros and cons of it. Being a teacher it is very important on how the way we interact with our students and so I feel this unit is very precise on giving information on how to be effective in managing classes and also to discipline the students.
