I have learnt that a person doesn't have to be extrovert to be a good teacher. I think that a teacher need to make the classroom interesting and fun for the students to be engaged in the whole classroom. Be patient and encourage with poorer grade students, at the same time encourage good grade student to mix around with poorer grade students, this way they can help each other to grow. There are different ways of grouping the students for different purposes, so we have to plan before deciding how. I've learn how can we reduce talk time effectively.
