The unit remind me of a lesson i have taught abt affirmatives n negatives. There were 2 stds in my cls, and one of them whose level is very low. So it was little difficult to teach at that class. The worst thing was that i was not rather prepared and nervous at that cls. At the beginning, i was confident to teach well, but when it continued, the low level student was confused by the content. I thought i would be clear if i gave many examples, but she was more confused with more and more sample sentences. With my nervous and stressful, i said more difficult words to explain, but it got worse. At the end of the cls, the observed teacher told me that i would said nothing but just a picture shows the relationship using different color markers. That would more effective than whole board sentences. I got it. For low level students, simpler, better.
