This unit, Managing classes, gives a look at different aspects of classroom management. This unit covers following topics; classroom arrangement, establishing rapport between teacher and students; and how to use eye contact, gestures and the voice effectively. The unit also focused at the grouping arrangements and classroom arrangements. I also learned how to balance teacher talking time (TTT) and student talking time (STT).
