In these non-native I discovered there are a lot of foreign companies establishing everyday and they need to hire the citizens of that countries to work there because of this reason the citizens are forced to learn English both speaking and writing, if they are good in both speaking and writing they have higher chances to be hired by one of these gaint companies or foreign companies and are paid good salary with a lot of benefit, the reason for such a good package is because of their ability to communicate and speak in English.
